Q: Can you give 3 tips for young people who wish to visit the working holiday destination of your choice?
Sweden :
1. Bring at least 15000hkd to come here. Job hunting can takes time .
2. Try to arrive before your Visa date starts. So you can get a personal number. Life is easier with a personal number. Seeing doctor , supermarket membership , job hunting etc..
3. Remember to bring summer clothes apart from winter clothes. Summer in Stockholm can be 35°
Australia
1. If you have difficulties in job hunting, go for a working hostel. They arrange jobs for guests.
2. Grumtree is a good website to sell things , find house , second hand cars, and job .
3. A backpack is a better idea for a suitcase. I assume you want to travel around than staying in 1 place. Then the backpack is a good friend.
In Stockholm old Town (Gamla stan ) , there are many stone steps. It is not convenient for traveller using suitcase. So backpack is a better option .
Q: Is there any extra thing you would like to tell us?
Working Holiday= work first , travel after. It is always a good idea to spend the money on travel before the Australian dollars/Swedish krona exchange rate go further down.
