how to enter ecuador illegally from peru

this article is written for the other gringos who lost their passports in their journey ,
but they want to continue their journey in south america.

yesterday i crossed the fronteira (peru side)zarumilla - huaquillas (ecuador side)

from tumbes, you take a combie to zarumilla . it costs 2.5 soles. ask the driver to drop you after the bridge (tell him¨quero deja despuis la puete ¨) . then you will arrive a comercial area like this . just go straight then you will arrive ecuador.
*if you dont want the police to stop you and check your document, i suggest you to choose saturday and sunday . my peru friend recommend me to pass at midday (1130-1330)because everybody is eating and hungry, nobody have the energy to stop you XD
i choose sunday 1230, i just passed like 10 blocks of these comercial area, here i am in ecuador!! my 29th country!!:DD

i saw some police in the middle of the streets, but i just smile and pass by , they did not stop me .
just be a normal person and then nobody will stop you .
what happen if they stop you? just say i dont understand ¨no entiendo , camera¨. then they will not waste their energy and let you go.

after this i hitchhike and then a truck stopped . we passed the police check point twice .
luciky they just checked the products of the truck driver. they did not ask for my document.
well, i guess i have the gringo luck , and here i am in ecuador!!



since 1 years ago , i lost my passport in a river accident in bolivia.
i enter 5 countries without passport : peru, bolivia(ya i come back), argentina , brasil , paraguay ,
now ecuador is my 6th country entered illegal.
ya actually you do not need your passport to travel in south america.lol

conversation with brasilians

the brasilians said i am a crazy traveler. i replied them brasilians are crazier.

1. on the highway i saw a truck, there were 3 men sitting on the top of the truck. if they have to pass though some narrow tunnel or pass some bridge, i am really worried about the safety of these labour men(¨camioneros¨ in brasiol portuguese)

2. motorcycle will move around cars and trucks. it is common motors touching mirror of the cars without a single apology.

3. the motorquadric that supposed to used in the beach , you will saw it in highways. sometimes they will carry 2 more people , 1 each sitting next to the drivers.

4. in the highway , somebody use motorbioke to transport bicycle, bicycle was put on the shoulder of the man behind the driver. people always use motorbike to transport steel , bananas, television etc.

are there more crazy things to come?

i am a girl from hong kong that has been traveled for 33 months over 29 countries.
i want to create this blog to record my travel journey. because i will forget the details from time to time.
the original version will be in english .since i type chinese letters very slowly,  i will add the cantonse version in 3 days time.
